For Patients

For an appointment with a physiotherapist, psychologist or GP, you do not need a referral. Simply call to make an appointment. A health care plan provided by a GP is accepted by the psychologist and physiotherapist. To see any other specialist at the centre, you will need a referral from a GP. The centre uses a computerised system to send helpful recalls and reminders via SMS or mail to patients about suggested follow-up tests and visits.

If this office is closed and you need emergency care, please call 000 immediately or go to the nearest Emergency Department at GV Health, Graham Street, Shepparton. If you are making an appointment with one of our GPs and wish to discuss more than two issues, please request a double appointment. With free onsite parking and wheelchair access, we offer a warm and welcoming environment at our practice.
