Our story
Report
White Oak began in 1998 when my Mum Mary and her business partner Angela saw the need for high quality care services to keep people living well in the local community. Mary and Angela both had years of aged care experience as a nurse and occupational therapist and recognised that many people would be able to stay living in their own homes if they were given the care and support they needed.

Home Care Packages
Report
The Commonwealth Department of Health manages the Home Care Package Program, which was established to support older Australians remain in their own homes and communities. There are four (4) levels of Home Care Packages - from Level 1 for basic care needs to Level 4 for more complex needs. Each level attracts a different subsidy amount which is then applied to the cost of delivering services.
