Services
Adult Therapy
Our adult therapy sessions utilise evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. With extended appointment times and personalised treatment plans, we help clients develop coping strategies and improve mental wellbeing. Our psychologists specialise in treating complex conditions while maintaining a client-centred approach that respects individual needs and goals.
Child Psychological Assessments
We provide comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents covering ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and emotional development. Our specialists use standardised tools to create detailed reports that inform educational planning and intervention strategies. The assessment process includes parent consultations and follow-up support to implement recommended approaches effectively.
EMDR Therapy
Our EMDR-certified psychologists deliver this evidence-based therapy for trauma and PTSD. This structured approach helps clients process distressing memories and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Sessions follow the Gold Standard protocol while being adapted to individual needs, with many clients reporting significant symptom reduction after just a few sessions.
Relationship Counselling
Specialised therapy for couples and families facing relationship challenges. Our practitioners use systemic approaches to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. Sessions focus on developing mutual understanding and practical strategies for maintaining healthy relationships, with options for both short-term intervention and longer-term therapy.
Online Psychology Services
Secure online therapy sessions provide accessible mental health support across Australia. Our telehealth platform maintains the same professional standards as in-person sessions, with flexible scheduling options. This service is particularly valuable for clients in regional areas, those with mobility challenges, or anyone preferring the convenience of remote therapy.

Jan 20, 2022 Report
Nothing but good things to say about the service especially due to the ongoing issues surrounding the lockdowns etc over the last few years. Very happy to recommend for any mental health concerns and have had no bad experiences with any practitioners or admin staff.

Oct 26, 2020 Report
Disappointing service from psychologist Gary Wong. When detailing my mental health issues and why I had difficulty attending high school, he replies, inquisitively, Was it stress?. Only a person with minimal experience in mental health and anxiety/depression, will use such a trivial term to describe mental illness. He also completely ignored me when I was about to describe my previous traumatic experience with another psychiatrist, and appeared to be getting distracted on multiple occasions as I was talking. Not only did I feel invalidated and ignored, by the second session he treated me
