Placed an order and never received an order confirmation. I contacted them and provided a confirmation. I sent approximately 10 emails back and forth and when I challenged their 72-hour shipment they conveniently said that these are in their regional NSW area and are not part of the 72-hour guarantee. No details when ordering about this. I asked them for a dispatch confirmation by today and if they could not provide that they facilitate a full refund. They ignored this and offered a product in their "72-hour range". I contacted Paypal and lodged a dispute with all the communication between us

Supriya from Optically was fantastic. She made online shopping such a breeze. As I was buying for my girl fiend, I wan't sure what she would like. They sat on my order for five months before I eventually followed up and got them to admit that they'd never bothered to ship anything because it "wasn't in stock". After going through an email chain where they tried to request additional payment they agreed to ship a cheaper replacement than my original order, a month on they still haven't shipped anything.

Had some empty frames that needed lenses. Contacted Optically and Supriya was amazing. Really great communication, the lenses were perfect and they were done super fast. I tried to find replacement lenses online and no one had the ones I needed. Optically created them from scratch. Will definitely use them again.
