Play Therapy
Play Therapy utilises creative expression to help children process emotions and develop coping strategies. Suitable for ages 3-12, it addresses trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges through structured, therapeutic play sessions tailored to individual needs.
Family Counselling
Family Counselling identifies communication patterns and strengthens relationships. We work with families to resolve conflicts, improve understanding, and build resilience, focusing on both challenges and existing strengths within the family system.
Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy employs the Gottman Method to enhance relationship satisfaction. Sessions address communication barriers, parenting conflicts, and emotional connection, fostering long-term partnership resilience through evidence-based strategies.
Tele-Play Therapy
Tele-Play Therapy delivers Play Therapy principles via technology. Therapists guide children through virtual sessions to process emotions and build coping skills, ensuring accessibility for families unable to attend in-person appointments.
Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching equips caregivers with strategies to manage challenging behaviours and improve parent-child dynamics. Techniques include reflective listening and structured play sessions to foster emotional understanding and effective discipline.

Dec 20, 2021 Report
I am a teacher in a school K-12 for students with multiple disabilities, abilities and challenging behaviours. I believe Blooming Heart Play Therapy has given me more understanding into the psychology of Play Therapy. I have used play therapy in my day to day teaching of my students, and I am in awe watching how my none verbal students have taken to the puppets I use in my classroom. I have found that there is less behaviour issues when the puppets are out and the student is free to express themselves during play.
