We offer professional guidance to individuals aiming to improve wellbeing and better manage anxiety. Our approach draws on evidence-based methods to address the fight-or-flight responses that shape physical sensations, behaviours, and thoughts. When anxiety disrupts daily activities, clinical intervention becomes essential. We provide structured therapeutic options to help clients overcome persistent worry and reclaim balance.
Our team provides professional psychological services for depression, focusing on compassionate care and clinically validated treatment pathways. Depression may involve emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and biological elements that interfere with everyday responsibilities. We offer targeted interventionsincluding CBT, Behavioural Activation, ACT, and trauma-informed modalitiesto help clients address underlying processes, reduce symptoms, and re-engage with meaningful activities and personal goals.
We guide clients through trauma recovery by offering compassionate, evidence-based psychological support. Our team assists individuals in understanding trauma, its emotional and physical impacts, and the varied responses that may follow distressing events. We address conditions such as PTSD, acute stress, adjustment difficulties, and prolonged grief. Our therapies help clients process experiences, manage symptoms, and rebuild wellbeing.
We provide comprehensive support for children and adolescents who may be finding this stage of life challenging. Our psychologists deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, helping young people strengthen emotional skills and social connections. We maintain a warm and safe clinic environment and work ethically with families. Our services address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and emotional regulation for clients aged eight and older.
We support individuals experiencing OCD by addressing intrusive thoughts and the distressing anxiety that accompanies them. Our therapeutic approach helps reduce reliance on compulsive behaviours by guiding clients through a graded exposure hierarchy. This structured process encourages safe engagement with feared situations without resorting to compulsions. With ongoing psychological guidance, clients develop new learning that assists in managing OCD effectively across daily contexts.

I have been seeing Sascha for years and have been able to navigate through incredibly unpredictable and rapidly changing external environments thanks to Saschas whole human, multi-discipline approach to therapy. Different methods and tools over the years to helped me identify my triggers, reactions & behaviours reflecting on, feeling into and applying more growth focused, healthy responses. Always a journey, and never linear of course, but the work we have done together is sticking and I am grateful for it.
