When you first arrive at Dental Excellence, You are welcomed by our friendly front office staff with a refreshing bottle of water on arrival. The practice has put a lot of thought into carefully selecting a mix of ambient music for just about everyone. During your first visit, we focus on working out a treatment plan together. We simply focus on talking to you, listening to you and together, put a dental treatment plan that is tailored to your personal needs.
We then examine and record our findings using large format digital X-rays, small format X-rays, bite analysis, photos of your teeth, joint analysis, cancer screening, smile assessment, and teeth charting, all under 6x magnification and light.After that, we talk together to cover problems, risks and options for recommended treatment, aided by viewing photos and X-rays of your teeth, and demonstration models.

During this visit, we will conduct a thorough examination allowing the dentist to diagnose conditions before they become costly problems. Honestly this was hands down the best dentist appointment I ever had. Dr. Veena was so caring and skilled I had half my tooth filled, with exposed nerve, and didn't feel pain at all. The whole set up at the chair also helps, with Netflix and headphones and all that, really distracts you from the discomfort. Not super cheap, but you can definitely see where the money is going, since the rooms are super well equipped, and the dentists are absolutely top notch.

Dr Jain has been such a huge help in treating me and my teeth !
She was so willing to help me by giving me different treatment options, explaining the procedures of each one and what was the best option. She made sure to find any other issues in my mouth and get them fixed asap. Her service has really helped me !!
You'll also get to see the results at the end and also receive information on the issue, how they fixed it, the cause, and how to prevent further damage in the future.
I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed with the option of playing a movie :)

Had my wisdom teeth done yesterday at Dental Excellence by Dr Welyn Gordo. She was amazing I have barely any pain post surgery. She kept checking I was okay during the surgery. I felt I was good hands. I definitely suggest them if you dental work. Karen on the desk was fantastic as well. She explained the wisdom teeth removal and post surgery treatment.

Thank you Dr Anu and her assistant Olivia! I had a broken tooth that needed attention urgently and they fit me into their busy schedule two days later. The team here are very professional and caring, and I loved how everything was explained both prior to and during the process - it made for a pleasant, anxious-free experience.

I now have had three tooth extractions, 1 molar and two wisdom teeth. I had far less pain this time, using dental excellence, then previously. My mouth is far less swollen. Despite it being a wisdom tooth removal. The staff were kind and friendly. Despite the location being far from my home, I will be returning. Highly recommend.

They answered all of my questions and provided me with a lot of information so i could make an informed decision regarding my dental care. They also maintain excellent service before and after the dental work to ensure that are recovering well and suffer no complications.
As for the procedure itself, they run through everything that will happen in detail before it occurs and provide you with Headphones and distraction via Netflix as they work, and only speak to you when needed until the end. This makes for a much more pleasant experience than other dentists who try to hold conversations with you

I had a really positive experience. The dentist was thorough, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I generally dislike dental appointments so it was also nice to have the choice of watching what was happening (via a tiny camera in my mouth) or zoning out and watching netflix on the screen in front of my chair. overall a good experience so I plan to keep using them.
