Practice accreditation is independent recognition that a practice has met the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. These standards reflect regulatory requirements passed down by both Federal and State Governments and are evidence based with a clear focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement of protocols and implementation of best practice for a patient's continued care.

Payment for any dental treatment is payable on the day the treatment is provided, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Several payment methods are available. We have EFTPOS facilities that allow you to settle your account with most credit and debit cards, and also accept cash or cheque. For those patients with dental health funds, we offer HICAPS for on the spot claiming.
Private Dentists Vs Preferred Providers

Most people covered by private dental cover are able to choose which dentist will provide their dental care. However, some health funds are attempting to force their members to see a health funds' dentist of choice or 'preferred provider'. The term 'preferred' is misleading as it insinuates that the dentist has met a higher standard of care than other dentists.

Dal is a 2000 Bachelor of Dental Surgery graduate from the University of Adelaide. He has a biochemistry background and is a 1994 Bachelor of Science Degree graduate from the University of British Columbia. He is originally from the west coast of Canada, and now calls Australia home. His friendly, caring, informative approach puts his patients at ease.

Tess focuses on promoting oral health by providing education and preventive care through both clinical and therapeutic methods. She is hoping to help patients maintain healthy teeth and gums throughout their lives. Trish has spent many years in the Dental industry, including almost 30 years as a registered Dental Hygienist.
