We built our first home through Simonds, who made the decision to use Dual Heating and Cooling. After our first month of living in our home, we noticed that all four bed rooms - had no duct work connected to the bedrooms. We contacted Dual, who promised to send someone out. We waited all day, with no tradesman appearing. We called them, who notified us they simply forgot. We rebooked and had a great gentleman rock up days later. Now, 6 months later and while heated Melbourne weather - we have had a tradesman from a third party come out as our Evaporative Cooler wasnt blowing air, to since realise

Great service and happy to help with all your heating and cooling needs. I bought replacement parts for my renovation!! I have been in on two different occasions and both staff members I dealt with where to the point and spare parts were reasonably priced!!
