Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries using manual therapy, dry needling, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques. We treat conditions like neck/back pain, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery. Clients receive personalised treatment plans focusing on restoring mobility and reducing pain through hands-on care and targeted exercises.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates sessions utilise reformer equipment to improve core strength, posture, and flexibility. Tailored programs target individual weaknesses and imbalances under physiotherapist guidance. This service benefits clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or enhancing athletic performance through controlled, equipment-assisted exercises.
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting fine needles into muscle trigger points to alleviate pain and improve function. This technique effectively treats muscular pain, joint dysfunction, and conditions like cervicogenic headaches. Combined with manual therapy, it accelerates recovery by releasing muscle tension and promoting tissue healing.
Spinal Traction
Spinal traction therapy gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on compressed discs and nerves. It treats conditions such as disc bulges and sciatica by improving spinal alignment and reducing nerve irritation. This non-invasive treatment is integrated with other physiotherapy techniques for comprehensive back pain management.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Specialised rehabilitation programs support recovery after surgeries like knee/hip replacements and ligament reconstructions. We focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence through progressive exercises and manual therapy. Treatment plans are customised to surgical requirements and individual healing timelines to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
