The night our group stayed we booked 2 rooms.. The split system in the family room tripped the electric system and wouldn't work when the management came to look at it unfortunately as it was a cold night.. The other room, room 4 had not long been done up but that split system kept turning off randomly every 10 mins to 2 hourly so because I was very cold during the night I went to have a shower (3.30am) no hot water 😳 not sure if this is on a timer.. Have stayed here before on 2 other occasions with same group without any issues so for this stay I rated a 3 star but previous stays I'd rate 3

First impressions were not good. No one in attendance when we arrived. I had to phone them to find they were at the pub, and please let yourself in, the key is in the safe. Hot water is restricted (on account of Covid-19??). The website says that a Continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Sorry there is no breakfast on account of Covid-19, but the tariff did not change. However, the place was clean and quiet. two and a half stars.

We were very uncomfortable during our stay. On arrival we were told our room didnt allow children. We had booked through a third party that brought that room up whilst searching for 2 adults and 1 child. We received a lecture on how we should have booked straight through her. Said she would allow my daughter (6yo) to stay as last time it was a baby that made to much noise and she had to refund other rooms. My husband asked for a tax receipt, we were told ot would be $10 to print it and had to listen to 10 minutes of how it was booked through a third party and it takes her time to print it.
