We only stayed one night here, but it was an amazing stay. Lots of history, comfortable room, lovely cooked breakfast. We were also fortunate to have an informative tour of the original bunker under the house with Richard ( owner, restorer and echidna wrangler).

We drove from Perth to York with friends to stay overnight at Faversham house which had been recommend to us. The property is beautiful and the family who run it are lovely. Nola and Richard were super helpful when I was planning the trip and were great fun and awesome hosts during our stay. The room was perfect and certainly had the Wow Factor. Breakfast was included and was great. The new family puppy, Benji, was adorable. We are already planning our next trip in November. Highly recommend this place, if not for the amazing venue, but just to meet these lovely people. Thanks for a memorable weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation inspires tranquility, glamour and comfortable rest. Our hosts were welcoming and warm. The bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was a treat. Great location: close to shops, restuarants & walking trails. Good value for money. We hope to return soon.

I was recently engaged to present 2 days of content to an executive retreat group. Accomodation and session venue were at Faversham House. Nola and her team did a great job of catering, connecting us with other local service providers and hosting with a great mix of attention and space. The house itself is perfect for a group booking. Slightly removed from the town centre, it gives a sense of privacy and exclusivity. It's a few minutes walk to the main precinct of town. The historical building has been tastefully renovated and is comfortable to stay in.

A very special and comfortable end to our family road trip. The cooked breccy an absolute treat. The bed extremely comfortable and kids loved playing chess in the drawing room. Lovely to experience old world elegance. Will definitely be returning and allow more time to sit by the fire and loaf around the library.
