Initial consultations are a full hour and a half of personalised service, comprising of a detailed analysis of your goals, challenges, lifestyle, dietary habits and a full Kinesiolgy balance. All adult follow up sessions are about an hour and fifteen minutes of Kinesiology balancing tailored to helping you breakthrough and achieve your goals as outlined in the first session.
