Amazing staff and very professional service at Chermside Apartments. Location is great too, Westfield shopping centre is only a short 5 minute walk.

Horrid. Possibly the worst place I have stayed. Felt dirty & scruffy. Shower poor, water gushes from the shower screen so the floor & hallway flood. Sofa has no springs & is broken needs replacing. Rug full of dirt & hair. Shower screens & all windows absolutely filthy. I have to sleep here tonight.tempted to check out & find somewhere else. Its awful.

Stayed here wont again. Dusty, dirty marks on walls. Moved the bed was shocked by all the build up of dust. Showers could do with a better clean. Blankets on bed could do with a dry clean found stains on mine. Would give no stars if I could

Dirty, mouldy shower, dirty oven and microwave. The place just felt dirty. Busted internal door handles, couch in broken, master bed is a brick.

The room wasnt cleaned properly. The bin was still full from previous occupants and there was no spare bin bags for us to replace it. Went to grab a glass for a drink and it still had lipstick on it and when I grabbed another the rim had some sort of other grim on it. I looked to see if there was any dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes with but there was only a table for the dishwasher so nothing to just quickly clean the glasses. There was no soap in the dispenser near sink in bathroom either. There was no toiletry packs or anything it kind of felt like it just hadnt been cleaned or replenished
