I cant call the hotel for cancel the day of booking? Anyone could help me as 2 days already I couldnt contact them :(

Dirty
Stained curtains handprints all over windows
Bathroom was very unclean
Stained lounge
Toilet barley worked
Shower window had mould
Washing machine and dishwasher broken laundry sink dirty screen doors filthy
Convenient location to the hospital for me but disappointed with condition

Excellent value for money. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out as well as an early check in. The apartment's kitchen and bathrooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and warm on a cold winter day. The location was convenient, not too far from the city and Suncorp stadium.

Location great. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Amenities were clean. Had everything for cooking brekky. Nice balcony to finish day with drinks. Close little Coffee Shop walking distance. Sister visited & she was able to park her car in visitors parking
