Difficult problems solved, fines waived! We contacted Beyond Accountancy Services to help us deal with a difficult tax problem which had resulted in filings being missed and a backlog of woe. They helped us get on top of it and negotiated with the ATO on our behalf (very successfully). They were at all times clear and transparent and showed us how they were acting in accordance with the expectations of the ATO by walking us through portions of the ATO website. Recently used Beyond Accountancy for some advice on Trans-Tasman tax. It is difficult to find and decipher this information from the ATO website so I engaged Beyond Accountancy. Craig Byron was very easy to talk to and exceptionally knowledgeable in this area, he gave immediate advice and followed up straightaway with a report. The booking and billing process was super simple and they offer a range of options for communications i.e. virtual meetings which enabled me to have a quality one-on-one meeting from Brisbane with Craig (who is in Melbourne). I would encourage anyone considering moving
