Bob was absolutely fantastic at fixing my laptop. He was professional and kept me up to date continuously with my issue. Bob was very honest and direct and I felt extremely comfortable with his advise as I had other technicians giving me some advice which I didnt feel was the right choice to make and was quite a rip off (especially as I have no idea about computers!!). Im so glad I came across Bob after not being satisfied with the information from others. Bob was very reasonably priced and extremely helpful at the same time. He fixed my laptop in a timely manner and saved me so much money
