Matthew the Dr. Geek Technician was once again, extremely helpful and calmly told me what needed to be done following a scam and cyber-hack of my computer. He gave me important tips to avoid scams in the future and repaired my computer in a day despite being very busy due to work restrictions coming into force tonight. I had an excellent experience with Dr Geek fixing the charging port on my laptop. Matthew was friendly and did an amazing job or a reasonable cost and did so in a timely manner, making sure I had my computer back and in working order before uni went back with online classes.
