Had an amazing 30th birthday celebration on the Yarranabbe - the crew was wonderful and very attentive, and we were very lucky to have a bright sunny day on our cruise. Booking was a smooth experience, couldn't recommend this place enough.

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, Vince was highly disorganised and unprofessional. Initially I thought I was able to put my money and trust in this company but clearly not. Our initial interaction when I was interested in a boat from him was "that is booked for that date, you should have booked earlier" his tone was extremely condescending, I did not appreciate being talked to in a rude manner when I am paying them a fortune and was referred to this company by a friend. This should have been a warning sign but I still proceeded to put my faith in this company.

Amazing Customer service! All enquiries answered so efficiently and correctly. They went above and beyond to find the most suitable boat for our work Christmas party and we couldn't have asked for a better vessel for the day. I booked a boat with BHS 6+ months in advance to save me from the stress of having to plan it later. Its now 3 days before the event and Pippa called me saying theyve double booked me and all they could do was give my money back. I was shocked and furious, not only do I have to scramble to find another boat last minute in the middle of December, I have to now fork out more money and pay for another boat thats much smaller. Pippa and her staff didnt try hard enough to find other boats for me. My husband and I had to find it ourselves. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy
