I wasn't going to post this publicly, but after the dismissive response over email noting basically 'refer to terms and conditions' I feel obliged to. The weather was obviously quite bad with rain and winds when we went, but it was deemed safe to proceed so we went ahead with the trip. Had a fantastic day out on our 7 seater pontoon. It doesn't go very fast but given you don't need a licence it was very easy. Great value for boat hire.

We booked a 4 hour private charter for our wedding day on Sydney Harbour. The captain and crew were just amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs. We got to really enjoy the day with friends and family. The Platinum boat is perfect for 16 guests and we got BBQ option 3 which everyone enjoyed. Sydney Boat Hire recommended Juliana Weddings & Events to us who handled the boat decor and flowers. Juliana offers decor suggestions which helped me decide but also listened to my ideas. She made all of it come to life! My husband and I were very happy with their amazing work
