Had an issue with some new frames, spoke to the team at North Lakes and they went out of their way to help correct the problem. Always very helpful and well priced. Highly recommend Eye to Eye for your optometry needs.

My daughter had an accident and broke her arm as well as her glasses. The wonderful team arranged an appointment and she was wearing new glasses with an updated script within 24 hours of the accident. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience.

I would like everybody know that I received THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE &EXPERIENCE AT EYE TO EYE AT NORTHLAKES .THE GIRLS AT RECEPTION LOOKED AFTER ME INSTANTLY &THEY WERE HAPPY & VERY PROFESSIONAL RAY FOUND ME APAIR OF GLASSES STRAIGHT AWAY& DID MY PRESCRIPTIONS STRAIGHT AWAY I could not believe how fast he was RAY rang me that afternoon to pick them up I live in central QLD so I didn't have to get them posted.None of of the other eyewear shops helped me only RAY FROM EYE TO EYE GOOD ON YOU GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE YVONNE

I came in and asked about organising a special order. I was told to sit down and wait while all (6 or 7?) Staff members continued to watch the melbourne cup and ignore my existence. Im not even mad about it, just like, how hard can it be to serve your customers? Its pathetic and dismissive.
