Devereaux Optometrist Everton Park is an independent, family owned business providing excellence in patient eye care. The owner and principal Optometrist is John Devereaux B.App. Sc. Optom. Hon Graduate Diploma of Ocular Therapeutics. John studied Optometry at Queensland University of Technology and graduated in 1991.
John established Devereaux Optometrist at Everton Plaza in 1993. John undertook further training at QUT in 2009 completing his Graduate Diploma in Ocular Therapeutics. The Practice underwent refurbishment in 2018 including expansion to two consultation rooms. John is available for appointments from Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Devereaux Optometrist provides comprehensive eye tests with the latest testing equipment including a digital Retinal camera and OCT macula scanner. We recommend regular review of your vision and eyes including dilating your pupils to examine your Retina and Macula in details. Please discuss this further with our Optometrist.

Devereaux Optometrist stocks a unique range of high quality optical frames. All frames carry a one or two year manufacturers warranty and are made to last. We regularly review our stock ranges with our suppliers to ensure we have the most up to date product that is in fashion and suit the current trends.
Your Appointment
Report
A full eye examination (annually) may involve dilating your pupils to examine and photograph the Retina and scan the Macula so you may be blurry following the examination for a period of 1 to 2 hours. A fee of $60 applies. During your eye examination our Optometrists, John and Keith, will discuss various forms of vision correction with you.
