I gave Terry a call about repairs to my washer. I explained what was happening and he walked me through a few scenarios of what the problem could be. He also explained that my problem sounded simple and I should make sure check the problem online before he comes, he told me his call out fee. Thanks Terry for being so honest, its much appreciated. It was the child proof lock.

Terry was awesome and very honest, he came to look at my Electrolux washing machine and found what the problem was in why it was making a noise and heating the bowl up. And gave me a solution to drop the speed and see how we go and gave advice on which brand was the best if I had to purchase new

We were very happy with Terry and his professional and pleasant demeanor. He was able to fix our Bosch washing machine and show us how to avoid it happening again in the future. We recommend his services and will use him for our future appliance repair needs. Thank you, Terry
