Our washing machine stopped working, we phoned Terry Monday morning 10 am. described the problem to him and he was ninety % sure he knew what the problem was. He said will be on site 12 30 and was on time!!
he was correct with his diagnosis and had the machine up and running within 30 mins, stayed and checked then rechecked before he left.
he also gave myself and my partner great advice on how to look after the machine, cleaning filters etc.
basically, great old fashion service by a very polite gentleman who knows his trade.
would recommend Terry anytime to anyone, just brilliant
