About me - I began my conveyancing business in 2003 with my mother, Susan Minards. Since 2015 I have been managing the practice. Together we brought our conveyancing service to home buyers and sellers in Lane Cove and the surrounding area, building up the business through attention to detail and dedication to customer service.

Although it seems quite straightforward, property law can be quite complex and conveyancing has to consider issues such as contract terms and conditions, mortgages, covenants, easements, caveats, the type of property title, the type of tenancy, local council regulations and zoning to name just a few.

If you're a Purchaser, your conveyancer can review the contract of sale before you make an offer or bid at auction. Prior to exchanging contracts, you may wish to arrange pest and building inspections or allow me to organise this for you. If you're buying a property subject to strata laws, it is always advisable to have someone review the strata report.
Selling a Property

When you are Selling a property, I will prepare a contract of sale for the transaction which will include diagrams, searches and any specific documents, (title documents, easements etc) relevant to your property. You may have specific inclusions or exclusions that must be incorporated. I will also represent you in any negotiations with potential buyers.
