Colleen is so passionate about sharing her wealth of knowledge and has one of the best teaching styles I have ever seen. Colleen and Jim, they are both very passionate and extremely knowledgeable and made renewing my certificates a breeze. I left feeling very confident with my training as they both have a very engaging method of explaining and teaching First Aid and CPR!

I recently attended the CPR course that was run fantastically by Colleen. Very insightful with a wealth of physiology knowledge helping us understand the reasoning behind guidelines and recommendations in place. The process to book through Jim was so simple. The two of them are very friendly and welcoming! Coleen was so informative with this course. It is the best one I have been to so far. Not only does she teach you the standard course outline but she goes into detail as to why we need to do it a certain way, or gives a visual for you to learn with. She even taught me more about the function of my heart than my cardiologist did!!! With her background and knowledge I feel like I have walked away so much more confident as a First Aider, than any other course Ive been too. I just wish she was able to
