Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting has changed from HLTAID004 to HLTAID012 and takes 60 mins with some pre-course online study.
DO NOT BOOK INTO A SEPARATE HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course as this is included. This is a practical course involving managing the unconscious, simulated resuscitation on adult, child and baby manikins and a practice ambulance call-out. Using a defibrillator is also practiced.
