Does the phone in this place work??? Seriously unimpressed with the wait times and then not even getting to speak to any staff, the line just hangs up. I Just need to get my scripts filled and delivered while I've got covid. The recorded message that plays while on hold loves to spout about you guys being the chemist of the future, a future where people don't answer phones?!

I've always found the staff to be lovely especially at the moment where people are blaming them for not having rapid antigen tests in stock and their phone lines jammed up with people calling to ask about them. Chetna was my grandparents pharmacist in NZ before moving here and she is not only a fantastic pharmacist but a genuinely caring hunan

I needed some documents to be verified by the pharmacist, the lady with glasses (I think her name start from Q), Annerley on 24th Dec, around 2 pm was the most rude person I've ever met. I needed certain words to be written in the docs and not stamped, she kept sighing and saying it's too "time consuming", as if she were doing it for free and doing me a huge favour. Additionally, she didn't even write the wordings properly, used a light pen and stamped in the dark areas of the page which

Horrid and discriminated service, my father was terribly sick with a dry cough and I requested rikodine for his cough that was ongoing throughout the whole night. Because of tattoos I was treated like a undesirable. The system has been flawed for pharmacy workers to make judgement under their discretion and sick people are not getting treatment.
