We changed over to the healthSave Pharmacy group in 2017 to continue to offer our quality care for less. Our larger pharmacy was formed as an amalgamation of the 2 smaller pharmacies previously at this shopping centre. Keith & Charles are very involved with the local community. The pharmacy proudly donate to the local primary schools, Meals on Wheels, Rotary Club and the local Bowls Club.

I always have terrible experiences with this shop, all older staff who are very rude and standoffish, too busy for the customers. The one product I came for was on the shelf, yet it had expired. Avoid!

Insanely slow. Only two customer in the store and I still waited over half an hour to get my scripts. Would have been quicker to drive to another pharmacy. Plenty of staff and they were nice enough which is why I gave a 2. Won't be using again.

These guys are horrid. They have a couple of lovely staff but I have had a number of infuriatingly unhelpful interactions with an old man and woman (mayhaps the owners?). It is my local, which is why I have stupidly returned multiple times after pretty pitiful experiences hoping beyond hope that someone else would be there behind the counter. Alas yesterday my partner had the joy of dealing with old mate. After pointedly turning yet another page of his newspaper after making eye contact with the lone customer standing at his counter, the man proceeded to grunt an unintelligible command to someone

After waiting half an hour I didn’t collect the script. Eftpos was down, two tills working only. Not a regular to this chemist and it showed with lack of customer service to those customers not known to staff. Won’t use this chemist again.

Bad service, the staff here have no idea what they are doing & are too busy to serve customer, more occupied with chatting amongst eachother!! I've been here a couple times previously, always served by a bubbly asian pharmacist who goes out of her way to help but she not working here anymore.

Always fantastic . Lovely Staff , great service.
Just FYI, Easter Saturday they are closing at 1800hrs (6pm) not 1900hrs (7pm) as listed here
