We can help you get back on the field, back on the court, back on the road, and back into the gym. All our sessions are run by Physiotherapists and incorporate the use of the Reformer, Trapeze and other Pilates equipment. Come and join our specialised Pregnancy classes led by Physiotherapists for a fun, safe workout for all stages of Pregnancy!
Martin Place

Bend + Mend Martin Place is located at Level 7, 4 Martin Place in Challis House, between Pitt Street and George Street. We have private treatment rooms for all our Physiotherapy consultations, with shorts and gowns for your convenience. Our Martin Place clinic also has a Pilates studio fully-equipped with three full height reformers, one low level fitness reformer, a trapeze, wunda-chair and barrel, all overlooking Martin Place.

Our Barangaroo clinic is located on the Ground Floor of the 1 Shelley Street Macquarie Bank Building. The entrance is on Lime Street (a continuation of Barangaroo Avenue). We have private treatment rooms for all our Physiotherapy consultations, with shorts and gowns for your convenience. It also has a direct access to Fitness First Shelley Street for all our patients rehabilitation needs.

Bend + Mend Darling Park is located on the Ground Floor of Tower 1, 201 Sussex Street, in Sydney's CBD. Enter the foyer of Tower 1 via Sussex Street, between Druit and Market Streets. We have private treatment rooms for all our Physiotherapy consultations, with shorts and gowns for your convenience.
Circular Quay

Bend + Mend Circular Quay is located on the Mezzanine Floor of Kyle House, 27-31 Macquarie Place, across from Macquarie Place Park. The clinic is accessible via the front stairs or the lift in the foyer (please note that only the lift on the right-hand side has access to the Mezzanine Floor). We have private treatment rooms for all our Physiotherapy consultations, with shorts and gowns for your convenience.
