Best customer service . It was a great buying experience. Made the purchase process so much easier. I bought a OKI MFC from them. There was some issue with the drum few months after purchase . Ben organised replacement immediately and personally delivered and fitted the new drum . Highly recommend him for home and small business IT needs.
