Damien and Nikki have been involved in the various sections of the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Damien is a qualified chef who has successfully run well-known restaurants with nothing but admiration for his food, while Nikki focuses her attention to detail on the front of the house aspect of the SNP team.

A deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. This includes an office administration fee of $60.00 which is non refundable. Unfortunately if the required deposit is not received within 14 days we assume you are not proceeding with your booking and the date and time will become available for other people to take your place.
Aussie & Gourmet BBQ

We provide a chef to cook steaks onsite with our own bbq, wait staff, quality crockery, stainless steel cutlery, napkins, bread rolls, baked rosemary potatoes, choice of sauce & condiments. Alternatively, you can choose potato mash, potato bake or baked Idaho Potatoes with sour cream. You guys are amazing and I cannot thank you enough.
