As Australia's longest-running indoor skatepark, we cater to skateboarders, scooter riders, BMX and mountain bike riders, rollerbladers, and rollerskaters. Indoor Skatepark Sessions
Our indoor skatepark offers structured riding sessions for skateboarders, scooter riders, BMX and mountain bike riders, and roller/inline skaters. The facility features purpose-built wooden ramps suitable for all skill levels, with dedicated training areas using resi mats for safe trick progression. Sessions are available during regular operating hours with capacity limits ensuring optimal riding conditions.
Private Coaching
Professional coaching services cater to riders aged 4 and above, focusing on individual progression through 30-minute private lessons. Our experienced coaches provide technical instruction, safety guidance, and progression strategies tailored to each rider's ability level. Lessons can be booked individually or in small groups with flexible scheduling options available throughout operating hours.
Birthday Parties
We offer two party options: exclusive private skatepark hire for up to 40 riders or reserved VIP room bookings during public sessions. Private parties include equipment access, sound system control, and food storage facilities. Public session parties provide a cost-effective option with dedicated celebration space and discounted riding access for smaller groups.
Holiday Camps
Structured holiday camp programs run during NSW school breaks, combining supervised riding sessions with technical skill development. The camps cater to various ability levels with safety-focused instruction from qualified coaches. Participants gain access to all park facilities while developing their riding techniques in a supervised environment.
Equipment Servicing
Our experienced technicians provide comprehensive equipment servicing for skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, and roller equipment. Services include component installation, repairs, and custom builds using quality parts from leading brands. Free installation is available for all purchased components, with expert advice on equipment selection and maintenance.
Questions
What riding equipment is available for hire?
We provide approximately 5 skateboards and 10 scooters for private party bookings. Personal equipment is recommended for regular sessions.
Are helmets mandatory?
Yes, all riders must wear helmets at all times while using the skatepark facilities.
Can I book multiple private coaching sessions?
Back-to-back lessons can be booked manually, though no discounts apply for consecutive session bookings.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and Afterpay for all services and retail purchases.
Are there age restrictions for riders?
Our coaches teach riders aged 4 years and older, with parental supervision required for minors.
What safety rules apply?
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate session termination. All park rules must be followed as outlined in our waiver agreement.

I live in England & Kurt at the Slam Factory couldnt have been more helpful in sorting out a gift for my cousins birthday present. This is his favourite place on earth, I havent been myself but love to see the scooting videos of my family having such an awesome time here. I'm visiting from Sydney and managed to get two lessons at Slam Factory in my few days up here. The ramps are quite big and intimidating for beginners but Connor the instructor was still able to teach me heaps of fundamentals that I can continue to practice back home. 30 minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time for a lesson but he managed to pack so much in and encourage me to achieve new goals each time. I'd definitely recommend these lessons to other adult beginners
