I had a really awesome experience at Gregorys shoe repairs, Joe was incredibly kind, helpful and professional and the price I was charged to have 2 soles removed and re-glued was super reasonable, he even polished up the leather on the shoes for me as well ! :) would recommend to anybody whose favourite shoes need some good TLC.

Joe and Luisa are the epitome of fantastic customer service. They are the friendliest, most helpful, and lovely people you will meet. They know their products, care about their customers and always go above and beyond in their level of service. Apart from their customer service, they also do a fantastic job repairing your luggage. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
