I have changed the stars in this review to more accurately reflect the overall service I was given, including the positive service I received after they saw the below review. Upon seeing the review they got in touch that same evening to rectify the situation immediately and I received the items I wanted before Xmas which was amazing. I was not sent a $50 voucher mentioned in their response, although I did state I wasn't asking for a voucher I just wanted the situation rectified when emailing with VE.
