We use modern, professional, dust-free machines to ensure your home or workplace remains clean and presentable. Our aim is to leave our workplace clean so that you can immediately enjoy using your new floors. His experience includes: floor installation, repairs, bleaching, staining, and specialised finishes.

Process

Report

If a room is currently carpeted, the carpet needs to be removed along with the carpet strips and underlay. Start by removing the carpet. Then pull up the underlay and carpet strip. Floors which have a vinyl floor covering (Linoleum) may be more challenging. Depending on the amount of glue used, the lino can be difficult to remove.

Our stairs are PNG Rosewood inlaid with Victorian Ash. The stairs were stained, discoloured and worn over about the last 10 years to a point where the true timber colours were no longer discernible. It soon became evident that Mark has many, many years of experience in this specialised skill and this coupled with Mark's fastidious attention to detail shone through in the finished job. We were astounded with the finished results and saw timber colours from blonde to red that we had never seen before. We are more than satisfied with the final result and cannot praise and recommend Mark highly enough

An exceptional job by Mr Sandman. Our floor was in dreadful condition and had hundreds on nail holes which needed to be filled (the timber was recycled). It looks amazing now. I have a hard time finding good tradies but Mark is truly a professional worth his salt! Highly recommended
