Timber Flooring Installation
Our premium timber flooring installation service combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. We specialise in direct-glue applications using polyurethane adhesives for concrete substrates, ensuring exceptional durability. Our experienced installers, with over 15 years in the industry, follow strict Australian Standards to deliver structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing results. Each project includes expert guidance on timber selection, considering environmental factors and Janka hardness ratings to ensure optimal performance and longevity for residential and commercial spaces.
Bamboo Flooring Supply
We supply compressed strand bamboo flooring with a remarkable Janka hardness rating of 16.0, making it one of the hardest flooring options available. Our bamboo selection offers natural durability and environmental sustainability, maturing in just 5 years compared to traditional hardwoods. Available in natural and honey finishes, these pre-finished planks provide excellent resistance to climate variations. Our consultants help clients understand the technical specifications and installation requirements to ensure perfect results for both residential and commercial applications.
Laminate Flooring Solutions
Our laminate flooring options combine affordability with exceptional durability, featuring high-density fibre cores and aluminium AC3 coatings for superior impact resistance. Available in designer oak and outback range styles, these 12mm planks offer extensive design flexibility while maintaining easy maintenance characteristics. Our team provides comprehensive guidance on suitability for different environments, ensuring clients make informed decisions about this cost-effective alternative to traditional hardwood flooring solutions.
Measure & Quote Service
We offer obligation-free, precise measurement services using advanced laser technology for accurate project costing. Our consultants can work from site plans or conduct on-site assessments to determine exact material quantities and installation costs. This service includes detailed explanations about grading standards, natural colour variations, and installation considerations, ensuring clients have complete confidence in their flooring choices before committing to any project.
Outdoor Decking Supply
Our outdoor decking solutions feature durable timber options specifically selected for external applications. Available in Jarrah and other hardwood species, these 8520mm planks are engineered to withstand Perth's climate conditions while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Terrible service, ordered a small amount of flooring and when I got through to them a week later after ringing for several days was told that the timber I wanted was out of stock. ( Feel this should have been checked upon ordering) A courtesy call to let me know would have been good, maybe customer service is not a priority for them.

Amazing job done by Noel and his team at A1 Wood Floors. WA Black Butt installed, it was a pleasure to deal with a company where they take both pride in their workmanship and quality of product being supplied. Also did an amazing clean once the job was completed. Would highly recommend Noel and the A1 Wood Floors to all.

Noel was fantastic from the quoting stage to the finished product. We had some bifold doors that didnt have a big enough gap for the flooring to go under. This wasnt a problem for Noel, he and the team found a solution to the problem and we ended up with a fantastic finish right through the house. The price was great and we are very happy with the final product. Couldnt recommend Noel and A One wood floors highly enough.

The Friendly and professional team at A1 Wood floors were a pleasure to deal with and the end result is Fabulous! Noel and his team were very flexible and had great advice to offer. I have had Blackbutt hardwood installed in my apartment and Noel and Karen were able to provide and exceed the strata acoustic rating specifications that were required. I would absolutely recommend A1 wood floors for their attention to detail, professionalism and exceptional end result.
