Classical Ballet
Our Vaganova Method-based classical ballet program develops technical precision and artistic expression. Students progress through structured grades from preparatory to senior levels, building strength, coordination, and musicality. Classes emphasize proper alignment, discipline, and performance skills for aspiring dancers aged 3 to adult.
Contemporary Dance
Contemporary dance classes explore creative movement through improvisation and choreography. Students learn to express emotions physically while developing flexibility and spatial awareness. This style complements classical training by encouraging artistic freedom and individual expression within a structured framework.
Adult Ballet
Tailored ballet classes for adult learners focus on technique refinement and physical fitness. Sessions accommodate varying experience levels, from beginners to those returning to dance. Participants develop grace, strength, and coordination while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of ballet in a supportive environment.
Performance Classes
Performance-focused classes prepare students for stage presentations through ensemble work and character development. Participants learn choreography, stagecraft, and presentation skills for annual productions. These classes build confidence and teamwork while applying technical training to theatrical contexts.
Pointe Preparation
Specialized pointe classes develop the strength and technique required for en pointe dancing. Students master proper alignment, ankle stability, and foot articulation through progressive exercises. This advanced training prepares dancers for pointe work safely while maintaining classical ballet standards.
