Refused a booking for a grandmother and baby in need because they "don't take people needing temporary accommodation". I bet this is the kind of business that gives a gift voucher to a school fete and then claims to be all for community. When people are struggling, we all need to step up. That's what real community is. We often visit Bendigo for overnight stays. Will give this place a miss.

I have stayed here a few times and each time Anne, husband and staff have done everything to make me as comfortable as possible during my stay. Lovely and clean, quiet, like a little home away from home. Disabled access is excellent. I'd recommend this place to anyone. (Lesley M.)
