Our audiologists are all university trained and therefore full members of both 'Audiology Australia' and 'Independent Audiologists Australia' (IAA). As the name suggests, membership of IAA can only be granted to those clinics which are independently owned and not affiliated with any one manufacturer.

Some hearing centres will offer a "free" hearing test to get you in the door. Often this is what is referred to as a 'screening test' which involves (hopefully) someone doing a visual inspection of the ear canal, and then doing a 'hearing test' under headphones. And before you know it, you are being recommended a hearing aid, even though you may have just attended for a check up.

When you enter the shopping level, take the lift up to Level 1, and we are located in the brand new, state of the art myHealth Medical Centre. There are plenty of parking option close to the clinic. 1 hour metered parking is available in Bruce St adjacent to the office. Undercover paid parking station is also available off Bruce St. 2 hour free street parking available in Sinclair St (100m walk).
