Services

Full Groom

A comprehensive grooming package including a 4-step shampoo process, conditioner, blow dry, nail trim, and full body clipping. Ideal for maintaining your dog's overall hygiene and appearance while ensuring comfort during the session. Extra fees apply for heavily matted coats.

Bath & Blow-Dry

A thorough bath with a 4-step shampoo process followed by blow drying and nail trimming. This service removes dirt and odors while leaving your dog's coat clean and fresh. Perfect for regular maintenance between full grooming sessions.

De-Shedding Treatment

Designed for double-coated breeds, this treatment includes a de-shedding process, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry. It reduces loose fur and undercoat buildup, helping to minimize shedding and keep your dog's coat healthier throughout the year.

Nail Trim

Professional nail clipping and filing to maintain safe, comfortable nail length. Regular trimming prevents overgrowth, reduces the risk of injury, and supports proper paw alignment, especially important for active or senior dogs.

Medicated Shampoo

An anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-itch shampoo treatment for dogs with skin infections or irritations. This medicated solution soothes discomfort while cleansing the coat, making it ideal for pets requiring targeted dermatological care during grooming.

I take my pug cross tibetan spaniel for trim and wash ( he has a thick and furry double coat ) and could not be happier with the service, price and tentativeness. Being pug cross he has a very strong personality so can be difficult but Shell is so patient with him and his trim is alway so perfect! Ive taken him to quit a few places across the hunter / Newcastle area and the smiling pup parlour is the best by far! Pricing, service and knowing my fur baby is in the best care I rate this business 10/10!

Our dog enjoyed this so much, that when we went to leave, he wanted to go back in with the stylist!
