Have been coming to this shop weekly since not long after the current owner took over, for a long time they had good qualified staff, about 3 weeks ago the normal staff where no longer there, at best i thought they had starting hiring from NDIS which is great, businesses that hire through NDIS should be supported, 2 weeks ago they cut my dogs nails way too short and he bleed badly (these things happen) last week the same thing happened but even worse, this week I brought the problem to the attention of the staff and the manager, the reply was "we just wont cut his nails" followed by some abrupt
