We'll I can't disagree more with a couple of these reviews. I have bought several glasses over many years here and they have all been superb. Sure he is not cheap, however the lenses are fantastic. Geoff is a great guy, very helpful and gives honest advice. His optometrist at the moment is just lovely and very very good. I cracked a lens once in a pair of glasses and he replaced it for free. His range of frames is perhaps is a bit limited, especially if you're looking for something a bit more funky. Other optical stores have come and gone in Lane Cove but this shop has been here for a long time

I have been here a number of times, to get glasses and or replace them. every single time the owner Geoff is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I have recently called to ask some information about my previous glasses and not only was he ruse, he deliberately gave me the wrong information in case i wanted to go elsewhere. i will never go back to this optician nor recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and advice from a traditional non-franchised optometrist. Glasses are made in house, rather than sent off to a factory, so that a quality product can be assured.
