My family, extended family, and I have attended this Clinic for over 40 years. It's very difficult to accept that after all this time, one can be let down so badly by Dr Whitby and other doctors at the Clinic.

Pathetic experience at the medical center. We forgot to ask for leave medical certificate when attending the GP appointment at the center but we called the same day after an hour to ask for the medical certificate to be sent to us. We have been told by the reception as well as from the GP that they need $25 for this certificate to be sent to us. Despite attending long appointment at the clinic, they still want more money for a simple thing for a medical certificate that we honestly forgot to ask. We will not visit this practice again and will not recommend for anyone.

It was tasty, but it was cold and had the wrong ingredients. I liked it but I also like cold Heinz spaghetti. Better than a lot but cost $40 nearly with a discount. Still like the taste though.

Doctor Connah comes highly recommended and I can honestly say his gentle nature and thoroughness makes me reassured I'm in very good hands. He rings me personally with results as soon as he receives them so I didn't have to wait until the next appointment to find out the results.He is patient, understanding, caring and above all listens what I have to say. Dr Connah is a very very good doctor.

First time we had a friendly and helpful receptionist; smiles always make a difference too. we went in for my son's Pfizer jab and the nurse there was wonderful too
