Psychiatric Assessments
Comprehensive clinical assessments for youth mental health disorders conducted via secure Telehealth platforms. Our psychiatrists evaluate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and emerging psychotic conditions. The 60-minute consultations include detailed history taking, diagnostic formulation, and management recommendations sent directly to referring GPs.
ADHD Evaluation
Specialised ADHD assessments for young people requiring Connors-3, Young DIVA or DIVA-5 evaluations. We recommend pre-appointment psychological testing to expedite diagnosis. Our psychiatrists develop individualised treatment plans including medication management when appropriate, with reports provided to referring doctors.
Autism Diagnosis
Clinical evaluations for autism spectrum disorders using ADOS-3, SRS, ADI-r and ABAS assessments. We require supporting psychological reports and school documentation for accurate diagnosis. Follow-up appointments discuss diagnostic outcomes and develop tailored management strategies in collaboration with GPs.
Anxiety Treatment
Specialist treatment for anxiety disorders in youth aged 12-25. Our psychiatrists provide evidence-based interventions including cognitive behavioural therapy frameworks and medication management. Each treatment plan considers individual needs and incorporates ongoing GP communication for coordinated care.
Telehealth Consultations
Secure Telehealth appointments connecting regional and metropolitan youth with specialist psychiatrists. Our system requires GP referrals and pre-uploaded documentation. Appointments include 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-ups, with bulk billing available for eligible regional patients.

How do I book a Telehealth appointment?
Book online via our website after obtaining a GP referral requesting a '291 assessment'. Upload your referral and any supporting documents during the booking process.
What areas do you service?
We provide Telehealth services across Australia, with bulk billing available for patients in regional and remote areas (Modified Monash Model 2-7).
What mental health conditions do you treat?
We specialise in anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, complex developmental trauma, PTSD, and early psychosis in youth aged 12-25.
Do you offer emergency services?
No, we don't provide crisis services. For emergencies, contact 000 or attend your nearest Emergency Department immediately.
What are your fees?
Initial assessments cost $680 (Medicare rebate $444.90). Follow-up appointments range from $350-$400. Bulk billing available for regional patients (MM2-MM7).
Can I get a same-day appointment?
We aim for less than 6 weeks wait for routine assessments and under 2 weeks for urgent cases. Contact us after booking to request urgent assessment.

Dr Shah is truly a life saver. With a lot of knowledge of girls with autism he has been a incredible asset to our daughter with getting a diagnosis and early intervention . We moved away from the Ipswich area but still travel 1.5hrs to see dr Shah couldn't imagine going anywhere else

Dr. Tameika Greenway is a very good doctor and respectful psychologist. Shes willing to give you the necessary truths about yourself, she knows what is the right course of action for your future and her respect for individuality is truly fantastic and reassuring for the patients. Sure the place is pricey ($180 before Medicare) but its welcoming atmosphere and calm vibe can let you relax in ways some of you may not be able to afford at home (whatever your circumstances may be).

I've been to a lot of psychologists over the years and I can say for sure that Tameika is really the only one that I've actually enjoyed seeing and who I felt was helping improve my mental health. She's very honest with you, but also super friendly and welcoming, and the advice she's given me has always helped. She's also not opposed to chatting about Pokemon or wanting a pet goat in between the serious stuff. Really good for someone like me who hates the super stuffy, always has to act cold and professional psychologists. I will never not recommend her to anyone looking for a psychologist in Ipswich
