The most dismally atrocious service I have ever used, run by the rudest, most un-professional person I have ever encountered. When they did turn up (pretty much a lottery) they were often late. After they had hung me out to dry yet again I called to cancel the service. When I told them why, instead of being met with efforts to appease me and encourage me to keep the service, it was met with an accusation that I had not paid them for the most recent pickup and I was in arrears... For a pre-paid service. If my account was not up to date they would not have collected the bag. As the argument dragged
