EFM Glenelg is a multi-award-winning group personal training studio and 24 Hour gym that has been servicing the Glenelg Community for over 15 years. EFM Glenelg is a multi award winning group personal training studio and 24 Hour gym that has been servicing the Glenelg Community for over 15 years. We have a diverse and dynamic group of trainers working at EFM Glenelg with several trainers currently studying Human Movement at Uni SA, and others having a background in SANFL/AWFL/AFL Football.
Fitness Services

We currently do both inside group personal training in our 200sqm Facilty and outside group personal training at the rear of our premises. The efm fitness services are always best. There is a large assortment of Cardio machines eg treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, versa, and many more to choose from.
