I went in to ask advice of the pharmacist regarding my 10month old as I was concerned about a health issue, I found the pharmacist to be extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I explained the symptoms and told her I had already seen a child health nurse some days ago ago, but what they had recommended wasn’t working, so I was coming to a chemist for further help. I explained my son is in pain and getting very upset so I needed to get something to help him. She again suggested I go back to the child health. Exasperated, I told her, again, that no this wasn’t what I wanted. I offered to

Incredibly unhelpful pharmacist! I had a script from a doctor back home who had an emailed a copy of my script (which I printed), and advised me they would post or fax once I found a pharmacy up here. I was told by the shop assistant and then pharmacist that they would not accept this and after I remarked that there was a global pandemic on at the moment and things were not normal, he told me there was another pharmacy across the road if I wanted. I took his advice and the people at LiveLife pharmacy were lovely and had no problems with the arrangement.

The pharmacist left me stranded without my asthma medication on the long weekend because my script was out of date. He was really rude and argumentative whilst I was in the middle of an asthma attach. Luckily the chemist in Cooroy was more helpful and potentially saved my life.

I will never get a script at any Priceline Pharmacy again. They buy medication in bulk, package it in plastic bottles and charge more than what I’d usually pay at my regular pharmacy, the Discout Drug Store. I highly recommend that if you don’t want to be ripped off go the the Discount Drug Store on St Andrews Drive Tewantin.
