Why do some items need prescriptions when I can get them over the counter at my local pharmacy?. Legislation in Australia deems that "pharmacist only medication" requires personal counselling by a pharmacist on sale of the item. As internet and mail order pharmacies do not provide this, a prescription enables a doctor to provide appropriate counselling.

The old grey headed staff member was unprofessional the young staff member was serving me I asked her what the note said she took the note did not say a word and walked off came back with an abrupt staff member. After the staff member was asked by me to stop yelling and to please go away the young staff member continued to serve me not upset at all. I believe it was your older lady that upset her.
Not once did I get aggressive or swear at staff all I asked was why was I not phoned or the chemist try to get stock from somewhere else. Instead I was told in a attitude of too bad too sad my medication
