Congratulations to the Lockleys Demons Women's Team who are Division 6 Premiers for the 2021 season! We have a strong and competitive representation in Junior leagues with boys teams from U8 through to U16, and girls U10 and U14. Our philosophy is fair play and opportunity for all players. We are currently fielding teams in U10 and U14 Girls and expect our ranks to grow in the coming season.
Women's football is coming on strong and our girls are kicking goals! We are always looking for girls who are new to the game of AFL football to come along and join in the fun! Our men's seniors teams mean business. Consistently ranked top of the ladder we love to give it a good crack. We are friendly and inclusive and our aim is to bring even the rustiest of old players up to the peak of their game.

About the Club

A long-established Club with an emphasis on playing competitive football in a family-friendly environment. The Demons competed in the Glenelg South Football Association from the time of their establishment in 1951 until the end of the 1985 season. They struggled initially, but by the mid-1960s had developed into one of the competition's leading sides.

Every age group, every player, every family, every sponsor & supporter is welcome back to Lockleys Oval to celebrate the launch of the 2021 SANFL junior footy season. Each team & parents will also have an season induction after the completion of their training. The 2020 Finals Series resulted in a bumper haul for the Lockleys Football Club Senior teams.

We only welcome and tolerate players, families, friends and supporters who abide by fair play, positive supporting and hands-on contribution. Our registration period opens at the end of November and closes at the end of January the following year. Once all existing players and siblings are re-registered, the Club will approach those who have registered their interest.
